For Tarya Analyst it takes time to review the user loan info, and also for the user it takes time to collect all documents that need to be provided, this process can take weeks, so the challenge was to inform the user what is the loan status, and what else he needs to provide.

The loan process can take weeks, Its very important for the user to know what is the current loan status, so we build a cool My loan widget that Notifies the most important data about of the loan. also, we divided the process into different sections, while providing notifications status for each one of them. That was a UX cracking, now the user can log in and at a glance view, see notifications, what already been filled and what else need to provide.
